With this auction item, you will receive five Yoga classes. The Path Yoga is a yoga studio where all abilites and ages can learn and practice yoga in a safe, fulfilled and relaxing atmosphere.

What to expect:  No experience required, our classes are designed for every body. Our classes offer a combination of strength, flexibility and balance allowing you to feel energized, centered, and more connected with your Higher Self. Come practice, play, and explore the possibilities.

Benefits:  Yoga is a great tool for staying healthy. Regular Yoga practice will create strength, awareness and harmony, both mentally and physically. Improved flexibility, increased muscular strength, and better posture are just a few of the many, many reasons to begin, and maintain a consistent Yoga practice.
